Sandra Stillo (“Sandy“) earned her Doctoral Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She is a licensed professional counselor and a State Board Approved professional counselor supervisor. Her approach to counseling is humanistic and relationship oriented. When working with clients, she believes a collaborative relationship is important and uses a variety of techniques to help clients reach their life goals. Sandy works with adults, children, adolescents, and couples. One week every summer Sandy volunteers at Camp Fire El Tesoro de la Vida, a week long camp for children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or loved one. Sandy is trained in Gestalt and Sandtray Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
